This regulation defines the procedure and conditions for admitting students to Nomad International School on a competitive basis.

• Admission is carried out only if there are available places in the corresponding class.
• The competitive selection evaluates students’ knowledge and readiness for a bilingual learning environment.
• Admission to Grade 5 is strictly competitive and requires entrance exams, which include core subjects and English language testing.
• English is a mandatory subject for all candidates applying to either the Kazakh or Russian sections.

• Applications and documents are accepted within the deadlines set by the school based on the director’s order.
• Candidates take entrance tests in core and specialized subjects relevant to their section.
• For Grade 5, the competitive testing includes:

-Kazakh section: Kazakh language and Mathematics
-Both sections: English test to assess readiness for a bilingual environment

• A ranking list of candidates is prepared based on test results.

For Grade 5:

• Assessment of native language proficiency (according to the section)
• Mathematics proficiency
• English test (reading, writing, listening, speaking) to evaluate bilingual readiness

For Upper Grades:

• Kazakh section: Physics, Mathematics, Kazakh language
• Russian section: Physics, Mathematics, Russian language
• English: Mandatory written and oral examination

All entrance exams are conducted in written form using test tasks approved by the school administration.
